I have gone to this location to renew my tags several times. It is not only convenient, I always get great customer service. I had to stop in yesterday 1/9/17 to turn in someone's tags that moved to another state & had to ask about how to transfer our vehicle as a gift to a relative & the lady that was working there was so helpful & kind. She has been working there for a long while now. She made my visit very easy & I walked out with a smile!

I have given a rating of one star because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee at the window. I walked in and no other customers were in the waiting area. I was not acknowledged, which is fine, but once I walked up to the desk, the lady was talking to another employee, so I understood. Once she was done talking I asked a question about turning in tags. She ignored me. I stepped back from the counter. After waiting a few minutes she talked, but I assumed that she was talking to the other employee. I said, "oh are you talking to me?" Her response was curt, "Uh, yeah!" I asked about turning in tags, and she then proceeded to check the computer. She then said, "Oh, I can't help you anyway. You'll have to wait." I waited. She finally got around to helping me and then proceeded to use short, quick responses that provided the completely wrong information. I left and went to Prince Frederick where I was given good, courteous service.

The Dunkirk location has always been very friendly, helpful and fast to help me with my needs. They really know the do's and don'ts of what you can do and what you need to get your paperwork through quickly
