This is my all time favorite store! Kim and Raymond are the best when it comes to customer service. I came to Kim's store many years ago with a watch battery ad from Dunedin Elementary. My friend gave it to me and I have been going back ever since.Through the years Kim and mounted many different stones (I purchased on trips) in the most unique one-of-kind settings. She has repair numerous chains, watches, rings and other pieces including a very old 1910 Art Deco ring that was left to me. She was the only one that didn't want to pop the stones out, but appreciated the "art" in the ring, and slowly repaired and replaced many of the worn stones. I have also purchased many pieces from her that were new too.Her lastest creation is a new one-of-kind medical ID bracelet that should last me for the rest of my life. I totally recommend this store and feel you will receive the very best in customer service and honesty with your jewelry.KATIE
