When working to replace a failed drive in our 12TB NAS containing 10 years of high resolution artwork and company files, I inadvertently brought down the entire company later finding we also had no restorable backups. Having to face defeat we had to look for someone much more proficient to get this fixed - we spoke with 3 companies and found DSG to seem to be the most knowledgeable and also was the most concerned with getting us back up and running ASAP. Within 24 hours we were able to work again! Within the next month DSG brought our network from a mess of 10 or so servers and our POP mail with our web host to 2 very nice servers for data and Exchange as well as a bulletproof tape backup solution!
