Horrible customer service!!! Awful. I used to go there to get Christmas and birthday presents. So, in February of 2013, I spent $250 on ravens superbowl shirts for 3 people. I asked for gift receipts and was told by clerk that they don't give them. She said all you need is your credit cd receipt. She never let me know that superbowl merch is nonreturnable. When I went to wrap the items up, I noticed that they had no tag attached to each like a walmart/modells would have. The size/brand were printed on the inside of each shirt. Very strange!..Last week, my 75 yr old mom tried to return the shirts (on 2 sep days) for a different sz with the receipt. By the end of the 2nd day, they offered a $5 credit. I had been a customer for years:( I will never return to that fradulent store!!!

Awesome store! Friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! Poor Boys Garden & Hearth store never disappoints me. I am always pleased with my purchases. If I'm looking for something particular, they're helpful to find it for me. This year, their Raven's section is HUGE! There is something there for every Raven's fan!

Poorboys is by far the best all around store I've ever been to. You can't get better customer service either. They are the ultimate at everything they specialize in. Ravens merchandice to stoves to flowers and LITTERALY EVERYTHING IN-BETWEEN. Check them out.

I love Poor Boys! They are so helpful and even thought they don't have professionals, they still have people talking about what they know. They also even sell pellets, by the bag or the ton. Plus, if you're a Ravens fan, they have a section for that! Not only they sell stoves and Ravens, but also plants and country. They are very helpful towards finding the right part, the right stove, and provide you with a $1500 tax credit when you buy the stove and everything with it. Check them out!

this is the coolest place in dundalk and they have the coolest bird and the people there are so nice i like going there even if a dont buy anything
