Circlewood Gun Shop, L.L.C. was begun as a hobby by James Earl McCollum around 60 years ago in a small back yard shop in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The reputation and history of the shop is far reaching. Today, located in Duncanville, Alabama it is housed in a two story 10000sq. ft. blue colored Metal building. It is one of the only shops in the region to offer in house zeroing/accuracy testing in a 100 yard underground tunnel with a recoil absorbing Lahti rest and remote trigger. This test facility is not for the public and is typically something found, on a smaller scale of 50 yards, at a much larger manufacturer or laboratory. The full service gun shop is family owned and operated by his grandson Justin. Janie, daughter of James, acts as accountant and secretary. Justin and his brother Adam who were both apprenticed by their grandfather are the head gunsmiths.
