These people are WONDERFUL!! We're new to the Duncan area and were looking for our "go to" place for small engine repairs, supplies, service etc. We found it at Eastland Lawn Mower Service. Exceptional Customer Service, reasonable repair charges and so very friendly!!

So far I've had nothing but praises to say about Eastland. They have fixed my chainsaw and my power washer. They did a great job on both with very friendly customer service and the labor was more inexpensive then the other SER shops that I went to. I think all of the bad reports on here are from other dealers trying to trash their competitor (pretty sad really).

Rip off!! Do not stand behind their repair work!!! Replaced belt on my mower multiple times......most recently this "repair" lasted about 1 hour before the belt broke again. They refused to stand behind their work or this belt they installed. Terrible customer service....they seem to want my $$ but they aren't interested in helping my resolve the problem with my mower.

They DO NOT stand behnind their work. I have had the same belt put on my mower 2 times in the past year. Most recently, my mower ran for about 1 hour after Eastland "fixed" the belt.......when I spoke to them about my problem....they didn't care and offered no solution other than bring it back in and pay them more $$. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Consumer beware!!! Terrible customer service. They absolutely DO NOT stand behind their work.
