This is a very nice funeral home, especially if you are planning a smaller service. They know how to provide a simple service to honor a loved one. It's family run and operated. This group is helpful and friendly. We had my Grandmother's service here. There are multiple funeral homes in Duncan and I am so glad Bailes-Polk was selected. They gave us several options, assisted with paperwork, and were very patient. They stay open late (8 pm), which helped us because there are many things to take care of when planning the service. The owner was kind and assisted us with our paperwork. I would recommend them to family and friends.
