  Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Muhlenberg College in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York in 1986, the District of New Jersey in 1986, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1991, and the United States Supreme Court in 2000. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Debtor/Creditor Section. His legal activities have been focused on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, employment, business transactions, foreclosures, estate litigation, and corporate practice. In recent years the emphasis of his transactional, asset based lending and workout practice has been concentrated representing creditors rights and debtors in connection with problem loans, secured transactions, and equipment leasing. Mr. Marshall has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Receiver in Aid of Execution.
