We found this place on yellow pages. The hours are great and the machines are good quality. We went there approximately six times. On our last visit to the laundry mat, one of the washing machines wasnt draining the liquid detergent. It was at the same level during the rinse cycle as when the wash was initiated. We bought this issue to the staff member working there, who was about 5 foot, blonde haired, middle-aged woman. My wife brought up the issue to her and first thing she said was you have to wait until the rinse cycle to empty the soap, while it was in the middle of the wash with no foaming anywhere in sight. When my wife proceeded to tell her the detergent should no longer be in the detergent dispenser when the wash was now in the rinse cycle, your employee said, If you dont like it, you could go to another laundry mat I arrived from work to help my wife with laundry and witnessed the whole incident. I confronted the lady about the malfunctioning machine and first thing she said which got me upset was you and lady are together right with an attitude. I said yes, she is my wife. I showed her the soap in the machine was still full at the end of the wash. I asked very nicely if you please put the machine out of order and she laughed. I told her, I will contact her boss about your rude behavior.Also, she proceeded to talk to other customers and recalled former customers who had issues and stated, they are lucky I didnt kick them out. My wife and I are both healthcare professionals and deal with customer service on a daily basis. We were not rude to her, we just voiced our concern and expected her to help us find a solution. Never did we expect to receive an attitude. This has made a pleasurable experience of washing clothes at your laundry mat, now makes us seriously reconsider doing business at the Wash Basin. In the end, the place is great and I wish I could give a 5 out 5 stars but because of the employee I have to give this place a 3 or 4 out 5 stars. Sincerely,Mr. Mathew
