      St. Eligius Health Center is a more than 100-bed skilled nursing facility that offers residential and rehabilitative care services. The center manages the St. Eligius Foundation. It provides physical, speech and occupational therapies. The center features an outdoor patio, beauty shop, and activity, television, craft, dining and music rooms. St. Eligius Health Center also offers laundry and food services. The center provides computers with Internet access. In addition, it manages activity, financial and dietary departments. The center offers wound care, surgical reconditioning, and joint replacement, stroke and neurological rehabilitation services. St. Eligius Health Center is one of the facilities owned by the Benedictine Health System.

      My Mom was there in 2010. No one checked on her and she died of a stroke. My sister and I filed a complaint but nothing happened. St. Lukes hospital recommended this home. Please be aware. I will always sent reviews as long as I live with this incident.

      MYMOTHER WAS AT THIS NURSING HOME FOR AWHILE!! I WISHI WOULD HAVE KEPT HER THERE!! IT IS A GREAT NURSING HOME IN A GREAT CITY!! I WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS NURSING HOME TO EVERYONE!! I WISH WE WOULD OF NEVER OF MOVED OUT OF DULUTH--JUST BECAUSE OF THIS NURSING HOME!! GREAT STAFF!!! CHECK IT OUT!!

      My mother-in-law is a patient here and has been for 3 months. She really really likes it here and the nursing staff is so kind, friendly and caring for her needs. They have many activities for the residents to participate in and the bird sanctuary is beautiful. The atmosphere is homey and inviting. Staff is amazing and go out of their way to make sure my mother-in-law is well taken care of.
