Had Nordic Waste for about 2 years. Now, they sold off the business to Waste Management. Built the business up and then sold it. So, now I have to look for alternative service because of WM's crappy billing BS practices. That was the reason I left them for Nordic Waste in the first place and now this. Nordic Waste promised that no changes would happen. Already got three mumble jumbo letters with pick up dates and recycling change schedules even Steven Hawking could not make sense of. THANKS NORDIC WASTE FOR SCREWING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS OVER. Now the search for a new company begins.

While walking through the Canal Park area about 6:45 AM on April 25th with some friends there was a bag of garbage in the middle of the street. About that time one of your drivers was passing by with his truck and he not only stopped and picked up the bag he cleaned up what had fallen out.

Terrible company, no resolution to complaints. Nonstop trouble with them since I moved into this rental a year ago. Garbage not picked up, neighbors bins thrown in my parking space week after week, always some excuse. So frustrating. Worst garbage company I have ever has the misfortune to deal with.
