My cpap machine quit working and I called LSM to get another machine and they told me I would have to See the doctor even though my insurance told I could replace my machine ever so often. just like I can replace my mask every three months. I have not replaced my machine well replace time. they said they need a script. So I had my doctor send them one.Then I had to call them and see if the got it,they did not call me. now they said they needed doctor, notes why they did not tell me in the first place? So I had I called the doctor And had them send them the doctors notes. So I had to make another call to them and ask did you get the doctors notes? Now in the meantime they said most insurances require these, key word most. they never called my insurance. So he sent them and they said no you have to make an appointment and the new doctors notes would be the one they would use> So in my anger I made the appointment. I aw him on Wed. and he faxed them that day. I drive down there on Thursday and ask did you get the stuff for my machine? Yes we did but the only person that can do this is gone till Monday for A family emergency. They could not call and tell me that they got the order and note. But I could come back Monday. I drive back Monday I told them who I was And I am there for a CPAP. So the lady at the desk went back told the lady I was there for my machine. So she came out to the desk and acted like she had no clue what I was there for a cpap, she still looked dumb founded and then waited for me to say something.Now I do not know what to say she started slamming her hand rapidly hitting the desk three or four times saying we only do cpaps by appointments only. I looked around and there was no one else in the building. she said when are you available, I said today she screamed back knows that what about tomorrow I said in anger when tomorrow are you available? in anger she put the pen on the desk went back and looked, and came back and said all day is clear. These people are rude and do not care only the dollars are important You do not MATTER. I will not do business with them and I will find someone else to get my CPAP from no matter how long it takes.
