Stopped by this place at 8:30am, had to wait at the drive through to give my order, even though no one in line. Ordered a dozen bagels, the attendant cheerfully repeated my order and gave me my total and told me to pull up. After two or three minute waiting at the drive through window to pay the attendant came over to say they ran out of plain bagels and would I take sesame. Are you kidding me, take my order, make me wait and then try to bait an switch for plain to sesame? How does a bagel place survive running out of bagels at 8:30am?
