Clutter and uncleanliness describe this lodge. It had the 10 bedrooms/10 bathrooms to be sure, but the living space is rather small. The owner stops in daily for a little chat and asks for money on the spot, rather than taking care of the payment before or after our stay. The kitchen counters were unclean and there were dirty rags left on the floor. They used the lodge as a storage facility for their real estate business and recreation. We wouldn't stay there again unless they CLEAN and get rid of the extra clutter and D.I./garage sale furnishings. Duck Creek Village did have many beautiful sights though. Perhaps next time we will camp.
