I am very disappointed in the "new" fine jewelry department manager. I have spent a lot if money over the years in this department! I literally was the only customer at the counter, the "manager" was too busy keying in numbers to even notice I was there! I timed to see how long I would wait until she a knowledge me. When I coughed aloud three times she asked what I needed. I obviously was disturbing her busy work! I spent a lot of money on three pieces of expensive jewelry that now I have to send in myself. I was just there five days prior to that and a very nice girl told me bring in my piece and she would be glad to send it in. I was also going to purchase another large piece of jewelry that I quickly decided against the purchase! I will be honest, I'm not sure I will ever buy there again! I will definitely not be purchasing another piece while that "manager" is still there. Please bring some one back that knows what they are doing and that is professional!
