Dubuque KeyLine Transit is a statewide public service department that provides transportation services to residents. It is administered by a transit manager who reports to the economic development director and city manager. The department provides free rides to students between the ages of 5 and 17 who attend public or holy family schools. In addition, Dubuque KeyLine Transit partners with the leisure services department and the Carnegie-Stout Public Library to provide free transportation to individuals. It is located in Dubuque, Iowa.
