Keystone Area Education Agency provides educational services to children of northeast Iowa. Located in Dubuque, Iowa, the educational agency has partnerships with various local schools, teachers and parents. It offers services to more than 25 public school districts and over 30 nonpublic schools while covering an area of more than 5,000 square miles. Keystone Area Education Agency serves Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Howard and Winneshiek counties in Iowa.
