Lamoni Nursing & Rehab Center is a more than 43-plus-bed health care facility. The center provides skilled nursing, bariatric and hospice care services. As a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility, it offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. Lamoni Nursing & Rehab Center provides pain and wound care management services. The facility offers restorative nursing and social and activity programs. It provides outpatient therapy, tube feeding and respite care services. Lamoni Nursing & Rehab Center is a part of Care Initiatives, which operates various nursing homes and assisted living and independent living centers in over 55 locations throughout Iowa. Care Initiatives has a partnership with the Iowa Health Care Association.
