Founded in 1866, the Dubuque Community Y promotes Christian principles that help a healthy mind, body and spirit in men, women and children. Located in Dubuque, Iowa, the organization offers a variety of youth sports, swimming lessons, and day camping, youth outreach, and health and wellness programs. It provides before- and after-school child care that offers swimming, gym activities and field trips. The Dubuque Community Y additionally provides babysitting services. The organization offers individual and group swimming lessons. It has partnership with Finley Hospital, Lord of Life Lutheran Church, Washington Middle School, Central High School and Senior High School.
