I had 6 rooms and the stairs/landing cleaned. They were very professional and quick being thorough.

Had 5 rooms cleaned on November 17. The crew was very courteous and arrived about 2 hours into the window. I am a repeat customer. I felt the team was hurried and I did not get as good of a job done as I have when the team spent more time and was not rushed. Areas were missed with no attention to detail.

Extra Time and Hassle One guy runs the place and when he is not available, the customer service and quality of work suffers. As a result the job took several weeks longer to complete, and required many phone calls (initiated by myself) and re-dos before I was satisfied. In the end, the floors do look nice, but it was significantly more hassle and time than I anticipated.

Ridiculously expensive! I had 2 bedrooms, a small and 2 staircases cleaned for $521. Excuse me?? The carpets are clean, yes. But they were also clean when I had them done for $250 from another company. I would not recommend Zerorez unless you have money to burn.

Very poor service Went to Paint section,Waited for 10 minutes at the counter while several employees were bustling around and ignoring my wife and I. Two other people came up to the counter, and didn't get even acknowledged either. After 10 minutes I left to walk over and get color samples of Valspar, came back only to find the paint personnel waiting on one of the other people who'd come up after my wife and I arrived. Lowes has dropped to the bottom of my list! Terrible service, which is probably because of terrible management.

Very poor management, the streets are not plowed like they say they are suppose to be in the garage areas. Very unsatisfied, charged too much for very poor management..

The name says it all. If you're trying to find junk furniture, come here. Junk furniture, refurbished accessories. Owner cannot even speak English. Over-priced.

When I called to make an appointment, I explained everything that was supposed to be cleaned and the lady who took my information gave me my total $ 189.99 + tax (5 rooms & a stair way), when the cleaning guys came, they estimated the work for $ 400+ and after arguing and negotiating, they agreed on $ 256, I could cancel the appointment but since we all canceled our Sunday schedules we had no choice but to go ahead, they finished cleaning (the whole rooms, stairs) in 30 minutes and I could not see any difference, it looked like somebody passed a vacuum. I do not recommend this company to any one and I will not use them even for FREE!!!!!

I always used Stanley Steemer when I lived in BA, and I liked them. Now, I have moved to Wagoner and called them last year, needing my carpet stretched and cleaned. They said they could stretch carpet, but, when they arrived they acted like the door opening was too wide and they couldn't stretch it-so I didn't have them clean it either. I called a carpet installer next day and he had the whole room stretched in about 20 minutes--for $30. So today I decided to call Stanley Steemer again and have my one large room and hall cleaned. They have a 3 room for $99 special on this month, but told me it would cost me $150--even after I gave them the code for the 3 rooms/$99. I don't understand, but I will never use them again.
