It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fifth Third Bancorp, a $113 billion, diversified financial services company. Fifth Third Bancorp functions on four business segments: Commercial Banking, Branch Banking, Consumer Lending and Investment Advisors. It operates 16 affiliates with 1,309 full-service banking centers in the Midwestern and southeastern regions of the United States.
