      Glen and his staff are great. ...

      Glen and his staff are great. I have had him install video security systems as well as our home theater system. Brian , V.H.T.'s installer is extremely knowledgeable of his field and does a great job at it. I would recommend Valley Home Theater to everyone.

      We had a few connection problems that they said they would fix...appointment was rescheduled once...they did not show up for the rescheduled appointment (or call to let us know they would not be there!), I left work early for this appointment. If you are looking for a company that will work with you and actually show up to complete work, look elsewhere.

      We called and asked for a estimate for several flat screen tv to be installed and surround sound to be rewired to the new tvs. I have sent 2 emails, called 6 times or more only to get yet another lie as to why we can not receive an estimate. Our home is in Walnut Creek, our money is in place and we were ready to do business. For some unknown reason this man, Gary, refuses to be forthright and honest. He has told me over 6 times that he would deliver this estimate and refuses to do so.. He promises a free in home estimate and yet fails to deliver. Do not do business with this comapny as they are not honorable and honest
