It offers title and escrow services to consumers, realtors and lenders. North American Title is a wholly owned subsidiary of North American Asset Development Corporation and part of the Lennar Financial Services Group. Its parent company, Lennar Corporation, is traded publicly and a Fortune 300 company. North American Title s history in the title insurance industry dates back to 1953 as American Title Company. It began operating as North American Title Company in 2001. North American Title Group is located in Pleasanton, Calif.
