I waited over a week just to see the associate physician. When I arrived i didn't have a check book or cash so that was a big problem since the archaic office has no way of processing a debit card. The front deck person was rude. 4 other people were scheduled at the same time to see the one Doctor in office and he didn't even start seeing any patients until after my scheduled appointment time. To top it off, the office was about 85 degrees, the building smelled bad and the furnishings were shabby. I was referred here through my insurance company, Aetna HMO.
