Was upset when I called about a car and drove an hour to see it and was told it was in bad condition. However, the fact that they were straight up with my on the condition of the car made me less angry about my drive. And the fact they had a year older version of the vehicle in much better shape. Being a college kid with little credit they fought with the bank to get me my dream car, which I'm very much in love with. These people are straight with you and are wonderful people. Hopefully I won't have to get a new car for a long time but they will be the first place I look no doubt about it.

We have purchased three new vehicles and seven used ones from Piles over the years. Their sales and finance departments always gone the extra distance to help get us the best deals possible. We have had to have body damage repaired in their body shop and it was done quickly and very professionally. As for their service department, well our experiences have not been as good. I personally would not let them change a light bulb. They have over inflated needed repairs, left bolts loose, the list goes on. I can highly recommend buying a vehicle from Piles but for service, you might want to look elsewhere.

I had found my 2007 Chevy Suburban LTZ on AutoTrader. Living outside of Pittsburgh, I was a bit apprehensive of buying a vehicle that far away without seeing it in person. Having a hectic work schedule and three little ones, it was not feasible for me to make the trip to KY. That's when Seth stepped in. Working with Seth at Piles Chevrolet was great! He was extremely professional and incredibly accommodating. Any questions I had or email I sent, Seth would return them almost immediately. He even took extra pictures of the vehicle with his cell phone and sent them to me! Even today, Seth still responds to me! On top of that, and given some of my concerns, they even changed the drive belt(s) and replaced the battery. They then delivered it right to my front door! Awesome service! It has been a little over a month now and I LOVE my Burb! And given the customer service along with the smooth transaction, I will be certain to check back with Piles for my next truck purchase

I highly RECOMMEND Piles Chevrolet. I bought a used car and they were willing to work with me on the price of the car for my daughter. I had a minor issue with the car after buying it, and thay came and got the the car in Cincinnati. They brought me a car to drive and they fixed the car with no questions asked. I know if I would of went to another dealership they would of given me alot of headache.

Unethical business practices!!! Received "On the Road" quote for $27,200 via telephone. After driving 40 miles (each way), we were advised that one of their employees made 3 separate errors when giving us our quote which totalled $3,200. These errors raised our "On the Road" price to over $30,000. Letter has been sent to owner requesting they honor their original quote; I will update/delete this review depending on their response.
