Treaty Oak Distillery is named after the famous 500-year old tree in Austin under which Stephen F. Austin signed agreements defining the borders of Texas. In 2016, we moved southwest of Austin to a 28 acre ranch called Ghost Hill located near Dripping Springs. With fun for young & old, our property (open Thurs-Sun) includes a distillery (tours on Saturdays, res required), Alice's Restaurant, a chic dine-in space with an elevated menu focusing on BBQ, sandwiches, salads & sides. Our food truck serves BBQ, tacos & snacks. Our Rickhouse Bar is open to all & our Tasting Room has a science-driven bar. Also, don't miss our bottle shop located adjacent to the distillery.
