A graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, Todd Barfuss’ practice is focused primarily in the areas of real property law, family law, and general civil litigation. Todd Barfuss has experience in all aspects of real property law, including real estate transactions and litigation, development/construction issues, landlord/tenant disputes and evictions, and mechanic’s lien issues. Likewise, Todd Barfuss is well versed in many aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity actions, child custody and/or support modifications, step-parent adoptions, and guardianships. Additionally, Todd has assisted clients with general business law issues, including formation and dissolution, contract formation and dispute, collections, and commercial litigation.
