horrible experience. the lady who did my nails was probably 19-20 years old, short, long black hair, and skinny. ( i give you the description so you can save your money ). Totally uninterested in helping me, not nice, bothered to be doing a job she gets paid to do and did a chop shop job on my nails. after they were dried, she put cuticle oil on my fingertips and insisted it would rub in... nope. I got in my car and tried for the life of me to rub it in and dry it out with my AC. After that didn't work, I thought, ok maybe I could make dinner with all the oil that's on my hands.... I walked back inside and demanded a refund for the service that wasn't a service but more like a chore. She refused and didn't give two craps about WANTING to fix the problem. She offered but it was such poor attitude it was embarrassing. NEVER AGAIN.
