I found a used Toyota Highlander there that I really liked. I had previously gone to CarMax to get an appraisal for the Subaru we wanted to trade in. The sales manager told us that there was no way he would pay that much for the Subaru and skeptically told us that if CarMax would really pay that much then we should sell it to them. The salesman followed us over to CarMax where they also had a nice Highlander which we purchased instead of the Karl Malone Highlander. Yes, Carmax really did buy our Subaru for the amount they said they would.
