Company did work on my new construction. They fired the employee that was working on my job. Once the work was completed I needed them to come back and adjust a few items (their mistakes) and they put me off for 7+ months. Finally when I called them for the 15th time about coming out to make their work right they tell me too bad as they are closing shop.
I can see why they are going out of business. Liz was the office person I would deal with and she was always short tempered whenever I called her. The guy that was working on my job that got fired was named Mike and he was very experienced and friendly. He told me he got laid off and predicted they would go out of business. He was right on that call.

Hardware Line were providing the handles for our new house. The person that came to inspect the house to see what was needed was nothing short of obnoxious. I went to introduce myself to him and he held his hand in my face to silence me. I stood there for 10 minutes while he did not say a word. I will acknowledge that he was taking measurements and writing them down, but there were plenty of opportunities for him to record his work and then talk to me. Apparently my time is not valuable but his is.



Following that there were items that needed to be corrected and he conveniently forgets ever discussing them, despite my wife and I having clear recollections of the conversations.



To top it all off I get a phone call 2 weeks after the final install shaking us down for money. They did not go through the builder for it.



Not a company I would work with again or recommend.
