This place is a complete joke. We were planning to move in today, because we were shown a nice unit. We were told the apartment we were renting would look "exactly" the same. HA! We went today to pick up the keys and the apartment we were given was FILTHY. It smelled like a cheap motel (cigarettes and cat urine.) We were specifically told the entire building was smoke-free. On top of that, there were stains COVERING the 20-year-old carpet and mold on the ceiling. The cement stairs leading up to our apartment were completely broken and un-stable. Of course, as any disgusting, dishonest place would, they STILL kept our deposit and wouldn't refund any of it. We will be reporting this filth to the BBB, as well as making everyone we know aware of this situation. I strongly suggest everyone avoid this junkyard at all costs.

I have lived in these apartments for almost a year, and I cannot wait until my lease is up! I do not recommend this apartment, it is over priced, the staff is not willing to work with you when you need something fixed or if you have a complaint about a neighbor waking you up every morning at 5:30 am. The walls are very VERY thin...I literally can hear my neighbor next door talking on the phone in his bedroom, when i am in mine. Also I live on the ground floor and if my neighbor is just walking around I can hear every step, she also has a dog, and when it runs it sounds like a thunderstorm.The layout of the apartment is fine...but you can find something like it for less money, and you don't have to deal with paper thin walls. Don't waist your money here!
