NKC Systems is THE best! I've had many computer problems over the years and Norm and Hiep fix the problems in record time at a very reasonable price. If you can't get your computer to them, they will come to you. I wish other businesses were as efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant as the staff of NKC.

After losing power, we were unable to connect to the internet. I tried calling my internet provider and spent a total of 5 1/2 hours on 3 separate occasions to fix it. Although they were able to connect my desktop, I was no longer connected wireless and unable to use my netbook and printer. My sister in law gave me a number to call. We called the next afternoon. Norman came out to the house and was able to fix all of our issues. He definitely knew what he was doing and made sure that the netbook and printers were all 'talking' to each other. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even showed my husband a few things in case this happens again after losing power. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs computer service and/or repair.
