Some nice employees. But some are very rude. They are just there and dont seem to care sad! Sometimes I go there and I see employees fighting among them selves especially on front counter. Sometimes my coffee is old or too full. I ask for one sweet n low I end up with 2 or sugar. I see so many people returning stuff from drive through and from counter. Don't know how they survive. I sat there for one hour and seen at least 4 people return there food or coffee not made properly. I went many times ordered a bagel or english and I asked double toasted. It came back untoasted or burnt. Needless to say I stopped ordering because I always had to pray if it was going to be toasted right

mammoth road - gone through so many managers and employees it's amazing its not been shut down, horrible dunks all around!Lakeview ave- could use a better manager and should be runned alot better than it is! Both locations have lost my buisness for good, all set with constant disappointment.

very rude manager leanne. She pressure people working for her and at times treats them very mean. If you arent her friend your in big trouble. I believe in time someone will report her for harassment and sue her owner dunkin donuts and others that she reports to

The workers at this dunkin donuts are very rude and they can never make your coffee right. They had you the cup dirty and you always end up wearing it. I have to travel to the dunkins further away just to get a good coffee.
