They need to hire people who are more compassionate and have patients with the elderly, they need employees who really care about them!!!!! For some of them they are their family very sad. I think that they could do more for them. For example they should have a bus that picks them up to bring them to activities and doctors appointments free of charge. A busy mind is a more healthier mind. This facility has no idea how to treat the elderly!!!!!!! They should treat them how they would like to be treated when they get to their age!!!!!!!!
