Something good to say AND something bad to say.I do get a wonderful hair cut there. Sue G. gives a gorgeous cut if you like short hair. I had a set of nails put on from another woman when I was there because I was going away on vacation and within three days - three nails came right off. On vacation I had to find a place to fix those nails and cost me plenty of $$$ at a resort place. All in all the original set that I received from Essentials in the end just starting falling off completely by the end of two weeks. I would NEVER let them touch my nails again. It is the first time I had my nails done there. In 20 years of getting my nails done I have never had such a horrible set of nails.

A mixed review. If my experience was based on when I left with pumpkin orange hair which is NOT what I wanted as a hairdresser did that meanly to me, then I would give zero stars. On the other hand, I got the most beautiful highlights from Brett at Essentials. The customer service is really not good there.
