Blum-Moore Reporting Services began over 35 years ago when the founders, Victor Blum and Edward Moore, two official court reporters in the Bucks County Courthouse, opened a freelance court reporting agency in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.We were one of the first companies in the United States to go fully computerized, and have stayed with cutting edge technology ever since. Whether it is realtime reporters or video services for large or small cases, we can help.Our transcription service is a state-of-the art web based system that can be accessed anywhere at any time. Dictations can be uploaded via a computer with the final document returned in MS Word format the next day. No job is too small or large.
