This bakery as mostly everyone knows is an AMAZING restaurant as well! 6 stars if i could. There main course ive yet to try because i am continually ordering the sandwiches which are half the price. Delicious food and i am so thankful i am near :)

So far, I've tasted a few pastries and five different cakes. Their cheese cake cake is affordable and very tasty. As for their "empandas de pollo picoso" ...yummmmm!!! and the "picadillo" filled potato balls are to die for. If you are in a hurry to get your goodies and run out in a timely matter, then you will be disappointed. The service is kind of slow, but the wait is worth it. Bring something to do or read while you wait, especially if there is a medium to long line. There will be a new Cuban bakery opening soon nearby in Downey. Heard the new place has excellent quality food. If the service is speedier than that of Tropicana's---watch out for competition!
