I have been taking my pets here for a long time. Price is reasonable and Dr. Citek is very smart. I have a chihuahua that is red and itchy all over her body. So I took her to a clinic near my house and the vet there kept saying she has allergies with food. So, he injected her with something and kept making us buy ScienceDiet. My chihuahua hates Science Diet. Every time we were there, he charged us over $100 per visit and her symptoms doesn't get any better. I took her to Above & Beyond Pet Clinic and we found out she has skin mites. Her medications and visit was less than $50 and after two weeks of sponge bath, she was well.

This has become my vet of choice. This place is affordable, not fancy, and gives good basic vet care. Twenty dollar office visits are awesome, discounts for two or more pets in one visit. The Dr. is a bit quirky...but he gets the job done. He is not one for meeting you in the eye and he is very "straight forward, no sugar coating, that's the facts ma'm". I have many ages and health issues pets and all experiences have been good. I took my old cat to put her down, and chose the clinic over Banfield for price. Banfeld wanted over 250 for the injection and wouldn't negotiate. The clinic was under a hundred. The staff is consistent and has been the same for two years now. Also, the folks in the waiting room talk and share stories together. A good community vet, not corporate.

I was out of luck not enough money and my dog got an ear infectionI knew it was going to be expensive and I was worriedmy regular vet was closed on sunday ... So I drove around and found this clinicthe consultation was $20 I was so happy with ther servicemy dog got taken care of and it was all under $100 I couldn't believe it... I thought for sure $300 at least ... The doctor is great customer service is excellent My 3 pets are permanent patients at tbis clinic

Took my 4 week old puppy and had a good visit. the receptionist was nice and so was the assistant which was a male . Dr. Gerry was very polite even talked about other experiences with animal he made me feel very comfortable and he gave me good advice . he also said i could call them anytime if i have any concerns or question's. the consultation was reasonalble with the stool sample and then i just payed for the medication. he looked at the stool sample while i was there and then told me what he would be giving my puppie. gave me instruction's on a separate paper and told me when to come back. i will definietly go back ! the service and fees were reasonable and the facility was nice as well.

My baby Yorkie had fractured his paw and was in pain since Monday and i finally got the chance to bring him in and they xrayed it showed me where it was fractured. Also coming with a 3 year old is no ideal but the staff was great and even took my little brother around to see the fish tank and was very friendly! Got my baby yokes paw in a cast and he's been running around and is no long in pain which is great! I'm not one to write a review and i was just amazed by the customer service i received even after reading some of the horror stories on this. I will definitely be back when ever my baby Yorkie Toby needs to be taken care of.ly recommended because

So far, so good. I have had my desert tortoises treated there for the past few years for upper respiratory problems. The prices are reasonable. The Dr. is very pleasent and the staff is nice enough. The Dr. does talk your ear off about many subjects, including bacteria studies. This seems to make the office visit take a little longer, but I always learn something. Sunday hours are great. We arrived around 10:30, left by 11:15.

My family and I have taken all of our dogs here for years, and we have never had a problem. Yeah, the building isn't the greatest and it's a bit small, but who cares! All of that is materialistic stuff. As long as the place is sanitary and they can take care of my dogs, then that's all that matters. The people here have always showed a love for my dogs, and I have always agreed their decisions. Overall, I find them to be a great facility, and great people. I absolutely love my dogs, and I would recommend Above & Beyond to anyone else who does.

I came across this place byreferral from my vet who wasnt available... So glad I did. The consultation is 1/2 the price from what we normally pay. Its amazing they see our chickens too.

Dr. Gerry Citek has cared for all my 4 doggies, He has the knowledge and experience to give a accurate and understandable diagnosis: I strayed and took one of my dogs to another vet a couple of weeks ago and they wanted to do a bunch of test and really charge a lot- Dr. Citek give real options and try's to keep costs down- Another thing that totally impressed me is that I was supposed to call the next morning for my dogs blood test results BUT instead I got the follow up call from his staff and really felt that they cared and listened to my updates on how she was doing!

i dont understand why these people are giving such bad reviews!! my experiences with the staff and doctor are always great. i have a great relationship with the staff and doctor. the receptionist always remembers my dog and I by name. he doesnt try to do a bunch of unneccesary tests, and its because they try to keep it reasonable. this doctor has been practicing for 20plus years! this guy knows his stuff :) AND he treats my guinea pig and rats!
