am sorry for what happened to you, but when you put a deposit down for a car, it is only until a certain deadline. im such car dealerships have many people who claim to come and see the car and buy it and never show up.. thats why the deposit is so important. if you didnt meet the deadline, then there wasn't anything else at their fault. He should have called you, and I dont see why he wouldnT? I mean seriously, what benefit does he have other than being heartless? I miss calls all the time i dont know about, so i wouldnt immediately accuse him of not calling at all. but he should have called you more than once. sorry for the waste of time and gas.. that's a real bummer. this is why i like to buy cars locally. i live in chicago, so downers grove isnt too far from me so i buy cars all up and down ogden ave, and motor werks always have nice cars for great prices. you can't deny that because there is obviously a reason why you even came there right? for the price and car right? but again

i bought a car in jan from them. i also dealt with moe,joe and rafal and i have nothin but positive things to say about them. i saw the bbb report and that was due to not resolving one complaint. i first started with research on the car i wanted and knew ahead of time what to look for. i took the car to a dealership and had it checked out (as u should do with any used car), got the carfax report and was happy with the car. there where a few things that bothered me about the car and Mototook care of it (A+ guys). i also did the credit card deposit and bought the warranty. i never buy the warranty cause i think it's a waste as they never cover what really goes wrong. well during the last big wet snow we had something seemed up so i took it to their service department. they did a great job and it turned out to be covered (so for me i lucked out by getting the warranty). overall i give this place a thumbs up. i would say do the research on the car and get it checked out. they are good!

They tried to sell me a car that you could not put gas into, therefor the car was innoperable.. I was told to bring the car in and if there had to be any work done I would have to pay for the parts and part of the labor.I got rid of my old car and they gave me a crappy car to drive around while they gave me the run around and lied on many occasions while they bought time for the finance paperwork to be finilized. After 3 weeks of lies I found out by accident that the car had another issue, they could not get thecar to start.I let the finance manager i was not going to finalize the paperwork until the car was in operable conditions. Once i said that all of a sudden they wanted to push me into turning in the paperwork or i would have to give them the loaner back. I decided to return th loaner cut my losses and get my 400 deposit back and find another car. they refuse to give me my deposit back. now i am out a car and 400 dollars. I am not the only once that has been ripped off by them!!
