Safe Dining Association specializes in providing food safety training and education to its members. Based in Downers Grove, Ill., its list of membership services includes total food safety training and sanitation management program, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) program design and training. The organization also provides Foodservice Sanitation Certification and Re-certification courses approved by the State of Illinois. Safe Dining Association's list of members includes Baja Fresh Mexican Restaurants, Good Samaritan Hospital, McDonald's Corp., The Loft Restaurant and Una Mas Mexican Grill.
