      This Store's Mobile Dept is TERRIBLE

      I guess I should have known....want good service from Best Buy, DREAMING. After a bad laptop experience and now a bad mobile experience, I am convinced that I will NEVER EVER shop for anything in this store, not even for a pencil. My experience with changing over to Sprint as a new user has been frustrating, time consuming and so not worth the small discount. I feel that their mobile staff should take some additional training. and learn about the products best buy is selling to the consumer. I would rather pay more for a phone and/or service than deal with Best Buy and their staff. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE.

      Not only am I able to find what I need, but I am also able to talk with a live person. Best Buy service is second to none!
