Located in Dover, Pa., the Northern York County Regional Police Department provides law enforcement services to the residents of Manchester, Dover, Conewago, Jackson, Paradise and Franklin Townships, as well as the areas of North York and Dover Boroughs in Pennsylvania. Incorporated in 1972, it employs a staff of more than 55 full-time sworn officers, civilians and community volunteers. The Northern York County Regional Police Department is a member of the Pennsylvania Police Accreditation Coalition. The department organizes and supports a variety of community outreach and youth programs, including child restraint checks, mature driver education, citizen surveys, forensics camps, and workplace violence and identity theft seminars.
