I have lived here for a year and am completely dissatisfied with this establishment. The 24 hour maintenance is a joke. The apartments are poorly constructed and have had to have numerous calls to maintenance and they do not "fix" any thing properly or in a timely fashion. We have had people steal things out of our personal vehichles aswell as from our porch. The manager was compleltely disrespectful when i brought these things to her attention and they were blown off. Also after talking to numerous other tennants they have had the same issue with black mold in there apartments. When you call matinence to have them come take care of the mold they do not even come out. I have also had sewage flood our bottom floor completely. When I tried to reach their so called " 24 hour maintenance", they said there was nothing they could do until the next day. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone!!!!!!
