Dover High Performance Plastics is involved in the custom fabrication of a wide array of fluoro-plastics materials, including virgin and filled PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, CTFE and PVDF, as well as engineered plastics such as PPS, PEEK, nylon, acetal and UHMWPE. The company s automatic compression molding services utilizes a base PTFE resin that can be blended with a wide range of fillers, including glass, carbon, bronze, ceramic, mica, stainless steel and a variety of pigments. Its also provides plastics fabrication using its CNC machinery, high-speed screw machining and automated lathing machinery. In addition, Dover provides a number of secondary services, including component assembly, pressed-in or molded inserts, cryogenic part deburring, specialty surface finishes, lapping, etching and custom packaging.
