Joey (owner and chef) rocks! His food is consistently good, he will take special orders and his restaurant presents a feast for the eyes as well as the pallet!
I highly disagree with j.m from magnolia just look at his reviews, he thinks olive garden is creative!! Roma is by far one of Delaware's finest restaurants for quality of food, creativness of daily features & hospitality. You will not be dissappointed!!A delaware staple for over 30 years.

Reminds me of what used to be called an Italian restaurant 30-40 years ago. Italian-American basic. Flat, uncreative. Just basic. Chef Boyardee.
