Cadia Healthcare is one of Delmarvaâ??s largest rehabilitation and skilled nursing provider, operating 10 facilities with 1200+ in-patient beds. In addition, we offer on-site dialysis and out-patient therapy services at select locations.

I did a 6 week program with my school working at Capitol long term care in Dover, DE. I do NOT reccomend this god awful place to anyone. The building is so dirty and the staff are terrible. They show no compassion towards the residents and speak to them as if they were dogs. I saw very little effort when a call bell was going off and nobody seemed to get up and attend that resident. They speak badly towards not only the residents but to each other. The professionalism shown in this place was so bad i couldnt wait to leave. PLEASE do NOT take any loved ones to the hell hole of a place. Residents are left dirty almost all morning. This place needs a serious wake up call and NEW STAFF!!!! I only rate this place with a one star because i couldnt leave it blank!!
