We got a stair glide from them. Very friendly and helpful staff. The technicians who installed at our home were professional and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

I brought my mother in to get a rolling walker with a seat. The staff at Avenue Medical were really knowledgable and helpful and they had several different options for her to try. They showed her how to use it safely and made sure that it was adjusted to fit her properly. I really appreciated the time they spent with us and the fact that they seemed genuinely concerned that she got the right model for her needs. My mother's doctor recommended Avenue Medical and I was a bit skeptical after reading a negative comment here but our experience was great. Apparently the doctor didn't write the correct description of the equipment on the prescription but the woman who helped us said it was no problem and contacted the doctor's office and took care of it. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be going back when she needs anything else.

They never have the medical supply you need, We needed a cervical collar ordered by a Neurologist for an 90 year old mother, they said it would be in in a week and to call back, we called and after 3 calls and 3 weeks, they never got it. Recently we needed a surgical shoe & they didn't have a medium in stock. When asked when they would have them in the lady said they might be on the truck that comes in on Monday (this was on Wednesday) and to call. Well it sounds like the same situation as before. Needless to say, Avenue isn't a very well supplied or cooperative Medical Supply store. I can't figure out how they stay in business. Try another place before. In some cases, you can order the same thing on line. These 2 items were not covered by Medicare. If you have something covered by Medicare, on line may not be your solution. For us, we are trying other means to get the much needed medical supply item.
