General Info
Kay Animal Hospital is a well established, full-service small animal/exotic veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialty practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite, in house x-ray capabilities, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor climate controlled boarding kennels. Our feline boarders are housed in their own area of the hospital away from the main runs. We only take appointments for surgery, boarding, grooming, and our exotic animals. For everything else, walk-ins are welcome. Emergency Clinics: Kay Animal Hospital is now taking emergency calls, primarily Monday - Thursday and on some weekends. If your pet is injured after normal business hours please do not hesitate to call 770.865.5800.

The staff took wonderful care of my dog when he was sick. It is nice to know I can take him there in an emergency and he will be well taken care of.
Dr. Kay (the father) is a total ripoff. Charged me a lot of money without telling how much it would cost.

I bring my cat here for all her check ups. Front staff makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in.
They take such good care of my kitten! These employees are friendly and caring towards Polly.

Very friendly staff with such a great vet! They know how to make you comfortable as a nervous pet owner.
The Doctor's are so patient and they take the time make me feel comfortable about the procedures and answer my questions!

I've been taking my dogs here for several years and I always make sure people in Douglasville know about Kay Animal Hospital because they are so great!
One of the things I like best about this animal hospital is the ease in getting my dog in there for an appointment. They're really flexible in scheduling and overall just really friendly people.

Dr. Kay is really a caring veterinarian. I've been bringing pets her for several years and I wouldn't trust anyone else like him. There's a level of care and trust that makes me feel comfortable with them here.
I do not have children, my 4 dogs are my kids! I have trusted Kay Animal Hospital since I moved to Georgia in 1999. The first time I walked into the clinic I felt like I was at home and my babies did, too. Over the last 13 yrs my pets have been treated for parvoe, one got hit by a car, and one (Cocker Spaniel) was attacked by a vicious pit bull. My babies have made it through this and more. I believe that God works through Kay Animal Hospital. The Kay family are amazing people! They are #1 in my book! They give animals the care, love and treatment that they need at an affordable price! I love this Vet and they are a big part of our extended family! Thank you Kay!
