I was a "frequent" customer until my last rental. They are very friendly, direct,and professional however the selection is horrible at times. They will attempt to accommodate your needs to keep you satisfied.

Whatever you do, don't have a situation where you need to call them back because the phones are always busy. Lack of staff is hurting them.

I am a regular at this location due to their great weekend special. They have a great selection of new eco gas saving cars. This is the best location in Douglasville because of Carlita, Shardae and Mark's above and beyond customer service.
