The Monthly Service*has been a big hit. For $49.98 you can get your vehicle washed as many times in a 30 day period as you like. Wow! What a deal! We have a nice waiting lounge if you prefer to stay with your vehicle while it is being cleaned. However, if you choose to leave your vehicle and return home, work or just want to go shopping we provide you with a shuttle service to and from your destination as long as it is within a 15 mile radius. Bad experience when I got there at 1 pm I left my car to be full detailed 49.98 deal went back at 5:00 because my ride had to go to work there was one guy doing all details I had to ask doesn't the deal comes with cleaning the windows and shining the tires for some reason the guy told his self he was done so the manager said yes it comes with it then he began half cleaning the windows I thought the carpet was clean but it just looked like that because it was wet my husband seen spots that he half wiped so he just got the towel from the guy and started cleaning up behind him then as I look at y dash and steering wheel it had dirt all on it so I told the guy and he came and half wiped that at that time I was sick of it and just left I paid almost 50.00 and got 20.00 worth of half work but when I arrived he had three cars he had washed already he put all his energy into those and figured he was tired and half did mine I will never go back I just gave my money away
This customer came in and chose our entry level car wash($19.98). After inspecting her vehicle prior to washing it, we asked her what her expectations were of the stains in the carpet and seats. Cleaning those were not part of the wash she chose. She initially communicated to the manager that she needed to make a call. The manager informed her that he was going to get started cleaning her vehicle and if she changed her mind let him know personally. The customer decided to upgrade her wash but did not communicate that to the manager. She just reentered the cashier window and payed for more. When her car was ready for deliver that's when she informed the manager of the upgrade. The manager communicated to her that she could bring it back anytime and we would take care of the extra cleaning. We followed up with her a couple days later as well and she said she would be back This customer still has an open door policy to get the services she paid for. However, our company policy is not to give the customer's money back it is to give them what they paid for.
